Standard Appointment                        

The standard appointment allocates an arrival window in which a technician will arrive.  The technician may arrive at any time within this period. Standard Appointments are usually available as a next day service. This affords us time and flexibility to manage the variability of job times and travel, and as such is the most afforable type of on-site service. Prices start from $88 per hour.  A minimum of 1 hour is charged for each visit and surcharges may apply depending on the service required (See below for details).  If you require immediate assistance see Same Day service below.

Weekday Appointment Times (arrival windows) 

10:00 - 12:00
12:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 18:00

After hours Mon-Friday

For those who need a late appointment, we have an after hours service.  From Monday through to Friday we offer an arrival window of: 18:00- 20:00 which attracts a $50 surcharge.

On-Time Appointment

From Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5pm we offer an On-Time punctual appointment.  Unlike the standard booking, this guaratnees that we will meet a specific pre-arranged time arrive.  We guaranteed to arrive within +/-15 min of the designated time or the callout fee will be waived. Surcharge is $50.

Weekend Appointment

If the weekend is the only time you have available, we can accomodate you with our flexible weekend appointment schedule.  For Sunday appointments, a $50 surcharge applies:
10:00 - 12:00
12:00- 14:00
14:00-16:00
16:00-18:00

Online Appointment

For the lowest cost service, you can book a technician for an online appointment Monday to Friday.  For ONLY $44 per half hour a technician can remotely login to your PC to diagnose or solve common software related issues.  Online appointments can be made from 10am to 3pm weekdays. The minimum charge for online appointments is $44.

Same Day Appointments

We understand that sometimes it's super urgent and whether it's for school or work you need it resolved in a hurry.  If you call us before 11am and we don't have a standard appointment available, we can offer a specialised Same Day service.  We always make sure we have a standby technician handy for emergencies.  As you can appreciate to have idled manpower ready to go at short notice doesn't come cheap, so there is a $100 surcharge for Same Day Service.
