Yes. We are offer a complete workmanship guarantee.  If we cannot deliver a solution you do not pay for services in respect to that problem.  We also offer a satisfaction guarantee where our onsite work is guaranteed for 7 days.  Should any problems arise, and we able to confirm that our services were not performed satisfactorily, we will work to provide a solution to your problem quickly and at no additional cost to you.

For our standard service fee, Neighbourhood Nerds offers an arrival window to allow for the uncertainty of service and travel times.  An arrival window specifies the time in which a technician will arrive.  This does not guarantee a specific arrival time, nor does it indicate the time it will take to perform the service.   If your booking specifies a window, such as 2-4pm, this means that the technician will arrive any time between 2 and 4pm.  It does not mean that the booking is for 2 hours, nor does it mean the technician will arrive at 2pm.  If you require a punctual time, you will need to book an “on time” service.

Nerds carry mobile Eftpos and Credit Card facilities. We accept Cash and Major Credit Cards. If you are paying by EFT (electronic fund transfer) you will need to provide a technician with proof of payment or receipt from your internet transaction before they leave. Technicians are not permitted to leave any goods on your premises without receiving full payment. Our terms are strictly payment on delivery of goods and services. We do not offer any terms.
