Neighbourhood Nerds offers Same Day, Onsite, or Online Computer Repair Service & Support. Not only is it convenient to service and repair onsite in your home or office, but often it is fundamental to the troubleshooting process. Many other systems in your office or home environment can contribute to your computer problems. Other devices including network equipment, modems, routers, printers, scanners, various USB devices, baby monitors and other wirelss devices etc) can be the root cause of the intial problem or instability. It's important that we see your computer in situ so that we can properly identigy the problem and resolve these issues.
We are still surprised by the number of people who call us wanting to bring their PC into our workshop for repair. Seriously? why go to all that bother and hassle of unplugging and dismantling your equipment when we can come to you? If you live in our standard call area, the cost we be exactly the same for us to visit you.
Standard Bookings
Our standard booking service will have a technician at your door within 24 hours. With our standard bookings we offer you the choice of a 2 hour arrival window, such as 10am- 12pm, 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm. The arrival window affords us the flexibility to deal with the uncertainty of job times, traffic and travel time. As such a technician may arrive at any time during the designated time. On-time Punctual Appointments
We understand your time is important, and waiting around for a technician to arrive may not be practical. Neighbourhood Nerds offer on-time punctual appointments whereby we can offer you a specific, puntual time for a technician to arrive. We guarantee that the technician will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time or you will only be charged the standard booking fee. A surcharge applies for on-time bookings as we must allow amble time to make your appoitnment.
Same Day Service
Neighbourhood Nerds offer an express same day service for those requiring immediate assistance. If you call our direct line on 03 9873 3387 before 11am on any weekday (excludes public holidays) we guarantee to have a technician out to you the very same day or the next available appointment is free for the first hour. Surcharges apply for same day service.
Online Computer Service
Neighbourhood Nerds offer a convenient and unique online computer repair and support service. Our technicians can remotely access your computer and diagnose or resolve common issues immediately. Online servicing can be a very cost effective and time efficient service. In most cases we can provide you with a service appointment the same day.
Weekends & Afterhours
We understand our customers have busy and hectic lifestyles. Being available during business hours is not practical for everyone, so Neighbourhood Nerds provide weekend and after hours appointments. (surcharges may apply).
